Little Bear -Chapter 3- The Night Out

-Chapter 3-

The Night Out

After that "fight" with the snake, I was more confident and happy in life. Anyways while walking home Adam invited me to the Forest Party that was today. I wanted to go, but my parents are always protecting me. I went up to ask them if I could go, surprisingly they said yes with out me begging. There was something going on but at the moment I didn't really care. After an hour or two the party would start. So I started to head out, I walked with Adam since we live right next to each other. I asked him who else was coming to the party, he said all the teens of the forest. I was so excited.
While we were walking I heard some rustling, then out of no where five snakes popped out. It was the snake I hit yesterday. He and his older friends were pretty big, I felt less confident, bent over slowly and told Adam to get on my back on my signal. Right as the snakes started to approach us, I gave him the signal and ran. Snakes aren't that fast, so I felt confident. After a while of running I stopped and took a breathe. That was close.

Little Bear -Chapter 2- Friends

-Chapter 2-

Friends

I  asked mom if I could go play outside with my friends. She said yes, so I quickly ran outside, and went to my friends home. My friend was a small turtle, he is an intelligent and funny friend, he never gets mad, he is always so peaceful. I know it sound weird, a bear friends with a turtle, but you know what, I like turtles, I dont care what anyone says, ill be friends with who ever I want. Anyways, I call him out, and we just went on a nice little walk. We talked about out lives, good and bad.
Just as we were going to turn around and head home, a snake appeared out of no where. It was a cobra, he was really big for his age, which was about four years old. I quickly jumped in front of my friend, and roared at the snake. He wouldn't budge, so I was brave enough to swing my claws right into the cobra's face. I got it right in the eye, and it ran away. I now felt invincible, I felt like I can take on any animal in the forest. As I was taking to myself, Adam (my friend) stood there with his mouth open in awe. He thanked me, and so we left home taking about the moment.

Little Bear -Chapter 1- A New Day

Little Bear

-Chapter 1-

A New Day

I am grown up cub, I can handle myself. I can get out of the den to go hunt without my mom telling me. So that's what I did, I went to go hunt, but it was really early, so my parents were still sleeping. I ran down from the den, took a sip of water from the creek. I ran to the river, where my big dad catches all the fish he could ask for. I put one paw into the water, it was freezing. I had to man up and deal with the water. I was scanning the water looking for fish, there I saw one, coming my way. I was getting ready to bite it. I jumped into the water face first, with my jaw wide open. When I came out of the water, my mouth was holing a huge fish. I was amazed, I quickly ran back to my den, and woke up my parents. They woke up asking why I woke them up, so I dropped the fish. My dad was very proud and congratulated me, my mom was proud but she didn't show it, she was worried for me, asking if I was ok. Like she does all the time.
My dad asked me if I wanted to catch more, eagerly I said yes, so we went. We both walked into the water, waiting for the fish. I was pouncing around having fun, while my dad was chasing me. As I was running I was trying to catch fish. At the end of the day we caught about nine fish, I was stuffed, I saved four for my mom, I knew she would be proud.

FoxingBox -Chapter 7- The Welcome Home

-Chapter 7-

The Welcome Home

The eagle put his wing down so Fox could walk down, Fox put his paws together and bowed to the eagle. The first person to welcome Fox was the general, he thanked him and awarded him with a medal of honor. Then random people came patting him on the back. Everyone was there but the officer. Fox got sad and just walked through the crowd of people. After the welcoming he ran to the top of a hill, and sat down next to and orchid tree. He look out over the city, starring into the sunset. He was relaxed but he was also sad, he could not bare it so he ran into the city hall, and checked the board of the deceased, he was looking for the officers name, it was there, he died the day he arrived.
Fox fell onto his knees and started howling quietly to himself. He ran out of the hall went to the highest building and just stood at the very edge. Looking out into the city once again, he thought about who would keep him company, who would be there for him. He wanted to jump off the building but that would do nothing, so he howled so loud the whole city could hear it. Everyone saw Fox on the building, and they started howling too.

FoxingBox -Chapter 6- Savior

-Chapter 6-

Savior

Fox stopped falling, he was confused on why he was not hurt. He opened his eyes and he saw that he lying down on something soft. It was an eagle, unlike hawks, eagles were friends with fox. The feathers of the hawk were soft. The eagle said that the S.O.F. were sending out messages to animals all around saying that there was a lost recruit. So I came out looking for you. And since not long ago a couple of fox were captured and killed by hawks, I decided to look around the hawks nest. Fox was grateful, all though he wanted to die for a moment, he was glad to be alive.
The eagle asked Fox if he wanted to go home, Fox nodded. The eagle turned around, heading home. Fox stayed still the whole trip, he thought of what would happened if he actually died. Would anyone miss him, or would he just be another fox that died. During the flight, eagle started to screech really loudly. Fox realized that he was home already. He stood up, and saw the whole S.O.F. standing waiting for Fox. Fox felt welcomed.

FoxingBox -Chapter 5- Drifting

-Chapter 5-

Drifting

Fox was already 100 yards high, but for some reason he was not startled. He calmly looked around his chest and saw brownish raggedy skin, and sharp claws. He slowly looked up and saw feathers, thousands of feathers. Fox was trying to figure out how to get down without falling to his death. He had two choices to get down to land, somehow get on top to fly the hawk, or wait until the hawk would fly over water so he could drop. He would rather not wait until the hawk would fly over water. So he tried replacing his backpack with his body so the hawk wouldn't notice him getting out. After five minutes of trying to slyly getting out, he was climbing on top of the hawk. All of a sudden the hawk jerked to the side. Fox was hanging by a feather.
Fox was now hanging of a feather, he was slipping off it. He didn't want to stick his claw into the hawk because then he would notice him outside his claws. So he decided to let go. He was just falling, thinking of absolutely nothing. He was thousands of feet above the ground, there was no possible chance of him surviving. He couldn't see the ground yet, but he did not want to because that would remind him of death. After passing the clouds the ground was closing in real quick. He shed a tear, and closed his eyes.

FoxingBox -Chapter4- The Journey

-Chapter 4-

The Journey

Fox was heading home, in his own blood. He was heading towards the plane. On the walk Fox started humming a fine little tune. All of a sudden he stopped, he looked out in a field with awe. It was the plane, it was on fire, and right next to it the remains of the pilot. Fox quickly ran over to see if there was anything he could salvage, but everything was in ashes. Fox was thinking of how he was going to get home without the plane. He was about 560 miles away from home, and all those miles Fox will be thinking of home and the officer.
Fox took his backpack with all his supplies and started to head out. He had been walking for about 6 hours until he got hungry and thirsty. He didn't want to eat any of his food in his pack. So he decided to stop by a little creek. He put his backpack down by a tree. He untied his parachute cord bracelet, took out one of his nails, tied it to the string. He dug up some dirt and found a couple of worms, put them on the nail, and started fishing. At the end of the day Fox caught five big salmon. He cooked and ate one, and he saved the rest for his journey ahead. He started walking again, it was getting dark, but Fox was not tired. It was pitch black, but since Fox was a fox he could see in the dark. He was humming the whole night, it was morning and Fox was still walking. As he walks and still humming he hears a loud shriek, it was huge hawk. Fox quickly ran into a little den, and hid. But it was too late, the hawk had seen him, so Fox ran. The hawk was closing in on him. He ran faster when all of a sudden, he feels a tight fist grab his body. Fox was now in the air.

FoxingBox -Chapter 3- Rats

-Chapter 3 -

Rats

Fox saw the little mouse hiding behind the brick, he told her it was all right. He told her that was nothing to be afraid. The little mouse slowly peaked her head out, and ran into a little hole behind her. Fox was confused on what just happened, he forgot about the mouse and walked to the plane. The plane was not far from where Fox was, he was tired and hungry.
He found a little pub, in that pub, there were rats. As Fox walked in, the rats turned to look at him, walking towards the bar tender. Fox was nervous, but he stayed calm, he pointed towards a glass of water. The bar tender gave him the water, and asked for 1 dollar. Fox realized he had no money, and he had already drank the water. He stood there, eying the room, looking for an escape route. Without hesitation he sprinted towards the exit. He was not fasted enough, all the rats jumped on top of him. Fox was trying to get out, he was getting chewed and clawed up, but he just stood there like nothing was happening. It was like he couldn't feel anything, after a while the rats stood there confused. They stopped and all sat back down to their drinks. While no one was looking Fox ran out the door, he examined himself. He was completely covered in his own blood. He didn't not cry, he did not whine, he just stood there. He only thought of going home.

Foxing Box -Chapter 2- Seperation

-Chapter 2-

Separation

Fox had been living with the officer for quite a while now. They treated each other like they were their own kin. But Fox had his first mission, which meant he had to leave. His mission was to go kill a messenger bird that was going to The Hawk's Nest. His objective was to go to one the pigeons checkpoints which was a place to eat and rest. Fox had to leave officer, he was miserable, but he did not show it. The officer was the only one who actually knew and understood Fox. But unfortunately the two had to part ways.
On the plane ride to Italy, Fox was the only one on the plane besides the pilot. He sat there in sorrow, only thinking of how caring and understanding the officer was towards him. Fox had never felt taken care of before he met the officer. He arrived in Italy. He was heading towards the checkpoint, when all of a sudden a small mouse, runs up to Fox and asked what he was doing here. He didn't know, so he pointed to a random bird in the sky, and showed the mouse he needed to kill it. She somehow instantly understood, she was part of an assassination. She told Fox to follower her, so he did. They got to the checkpoint in a timely manner. They waited for the pigeon for four hours. They finally saw the pigeon from a distance. Fox suddenly leaped to the highest building, and pounced on the pigeon. He brought it down to the floor, and bit his teeth into the pigeon's neck. Fox felt accomplished, his first mission was a success. On the other hand the little mouse, was terrified. She was hiding behind a small brick, but deep down she knew he was not going to hurt her.

Foxing Box -Chapter 1- Little Fox

Foxing Box

-Chapter 1-

Little Fox

Fox was a sneaky one, as a young pup he would always steal  food and goods from markets all around, he was always unseen. Fox was an orphan who never knew his parents, but he did not let that hold him back from his true dream, to become part of the S.O.F., the Society Of Foxing Box's. This was an assassination organization which was mostly known to fox. Fox had been training his whole life to become part of the S.O.F., but he was always afraid to take the exam, for he could not speak, his tongue was bite of after a fight in the orphanage.
One day after a whole bunch of preparation Fox decided to take the exam, and see if anyone would notice he had no tongue. No one noticed, he got a perfect grade on the exam, he was very proud of himself. As he was walking out of the building, a high ranked officer came up to him and asked what he gotten on the exam. Fox hesitated and showed him his paper, he was astonished and asked what his name was, Fox wanted to run away but he pointed to his uniform tag in sorrow. The officer stood there in confusion. He asked if he was alright. Fox has never showed his tongue, but something about the officer made him feel otherwise. So Fox opened his mouth, the officer stood there in awe. He stood there for a moment then told Fox to close his mouth. The officer has a tear running down his cheek, the officer invited Fox to dinner at his home, Fox agreed. After dinner, Fox wrote down his life story to the officer, the whole time the officer didn't say a word. After that point on Fox and the officer were like family, from that point on Fox thought of the officer as a father.
